Toronto Fire Services

Renovation of an existing City owned building, for the consolidation of Fire Prevention, Training and Public Education services. PDA provided project design and construction administration services for this reorganization of space to create new office space (10,000 sf.), training spaces and educational (8,000 sf. including a presentation theatre) and 4,000 sf. of loading and storage space. Existing loading docks were reorganized to be accessed from a different direction; workstation and offices were designed to the City’s latest space standards and AODA requirements.
