Hakim Corporate Offices

PDA completed a new six storey office building with retail at the lower level and first floor. The existing design challenges for this tall slim building included maximizing usable floor area and windows close to the property line while integrating a rigid steel structure, circulation and services. Provisions were made to enable large signage to be hung from the curtain wall, bringing the esthetic of the adjacent Dundas Square to this building.
