50 Carroll Street

Developed as a shared workspace, 50 Carroll St. offers various size office spaces, ranging from 40 people to a single entrepreneur using hotelling facilities. All supported by a variety of meeting rooms, kitchenettes, lounges and activity spaces. The finishes were purposefully industrial ‘brick and beam’ to contrast with contemporary work stations and curated modern pieces.
The most recent project pictured here is an office for 40-50 people and an associated event space shared by the entire building.
